14.  Invoices and fees.

Fees are charged at an hourly rate currently £6 per hour.

Breakfast club is charged for 45 mins including breakfast at £6.

•        Funding is provided to cover the cost of high-quality childcare. We feel that by charging an Enhanced Provision fee for funded hours, we are able to continue to deliver all the amazing additional services we offer at Woodlands.

•        These include:

Snacks based on our termly curriculum include; porridge, soup, potato salad and sandwiches.

Celebrations – Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Easter egg hunt, Mother’s Day, Carnival, Sports day, Christmas - includes resources and food

Parties – Christmas and summer leavers party.

Play dough and food for play, e.g. pasta, rice.

Enhanced provision is only paid for 3 and 4 years olds in receipt of EYE funding.

0-14 hours claimed @ £0.39 per hour per half term.

15 hours claimed @ £35 per half term.

16-30 hours claimed @ £56 per half term.

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each half term.

Non-Payment of fees:

All payments are due 7 days from the date of the invoice. Should an invoice remain unpaid beyond 7 days, a reminder will be sent. A late payment charge of £20 to cover administration costs will be added to the invoice. Should there be no response/action, a second contact will be made advertising the date by which payment must be made and beyond which the child will no longer be able to attend should no payment be received. The child will not be able to attend any further sessions until full payment of the amount outstanding has been received.

Late collection fee:

If you are unable to collect your child on time, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. If you are continually late to collect your child a fee of £10 per 5 minutes will be invoiced.

Administration Fee

•        I agree to pay a non-refundable administration fee of £40 to secure a place at Woodlands Preschool, which covers a tour and 2 settling in sessions up to 3 hours each.
